Reasonable accommodation is a change to a work environment that allows a person with a disability to perform their job duties or have equal employment opportunities. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 protect the right of employees to request and receive reasonable accommodations. The NFTA policy can be found here
