NFTA-Metro offers several different bus options between downtown Buffalo and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

- Convenient for people going all the way downtown, or looking to transfer between the 24 and another bus

- 25-minute service
- Services downtown Buffalo and Buffalo Niagara International Airport via Route 33 Kensington Expressway
- Only runs for a short time period in the morning and evening rush hours
