NFTA-Metro offers several different bus options between downtown Buffalo and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

There are two versions of the 24 – Genesee bus that go between downtown Buffalo and Buffalo Niagara International Airport via Genesee Street. Click here for the schedule for both versions of the 24 – Genesee.

Faster Service, Fewer Stops

  • Only stops at designated Limited Stop bus stops
  • Convenient for people going all the way downtown, or looking to transfer between the 24 and another bus
  • Improved service to and from the airport in the evening

  • Downtown Buffalo (bus may stop at any stop past Michigan Avenue)

78 – Cheektowaga Express

  • 25-minute service
  • Services downtown Buffalo and Buffalo Niagara International Airport via Route 33 Kensington Expressway
  • Only runs for a short time period in the morning and evening rush hours
