Accessibility Advisory Committee

Welcome to the NFTA-Metro Accessibility Advisory Committee

The NFTA - Metro AAC is dedicated to ensuring that public transportation across Western New York is accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of all riders.

Our committee brings together community members, advocates, and NFTA staff to provide meaningful input on policies, services, facilities, and initiatives that impact riders with disabilities.

Accessibility is not just a requirement — it is a commitment. From bus and rail operations to customer communications and infrastructure planning, we strive to promote universal access and continuous improvement throughout the NFTA - Metro system.

Together, we are building a more accessible future for our community.
