The Annual Puerto Rican & Hispanic Day Festival will take place in Niagara Square starting at 8:00 AM on Saturday August 15, 2026 through 11 PM on Sunday August 16, 2026. 

The Parade portion of the festival will start in Niagara Square at 12:00 Noon on Saturday August 15. The parade will head down Niagara Street, turn left on Porter into LaSalle Park where the Parade will end. 

Closure of Niagara Square will cause reroutes in and around downtown Buffalo. 

Routes that are affected include 1 - William, 2 - Clinton, 3 - Grant, 4 - Broadway, 5 - Niagara, 11 - Colvin, 20 - Elmwood, 22 - Porter/Best, 25 - Delaware, 40 - Grand Island.
