Open Houses for NFTA-Metro’s Bailey Ave ETOD Study

In coordination with the Bailey Ave BRT project, NFTA is conducting an Equitable Transit-Oriented Development (ETOD) study for the corridor. This study will create a plan to promote dense, mixed-use development near transit stops and stations, support local and regional needs and goals, and elevate community voices in the decision-making process.

• Circle Thursdays at Central Terminal: Thursday, 7/9 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at 495 Paderewski Drive
• Delavan-Grider Farmers Market: Thursday, 7/23 from 4:00 to 6:30PM at 877 East Delavan Avenue
• Clinton-Bailey Farmers Market: Saturday, 7/25 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM at 1443 Clinton Street
