ROLL INTO FUN WITH THE NFTA AT THE FAIR
BUFFALO, N.Y. — The NFTA is rolling into the Fair with something for everyone: big vehicles, bigger career opportunities, and even some four-legged action stars. Join us for a FREE NFTA Touch a Truck event during Sensory Day — a low-sensory, inclusive experience the whole family can enjoy.
- Location: McKinley Parkway between Gates 1 and 6
- Time: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Cost: FREE
Climb into buses, firetrucks, police vehicles, and more! Our interactive exhibition spans 7,500 square feet and is packed with opportunities to explore the inner workings of your favorite transit vehicles and learn more about what keeps WNY moving. Staff will also be on-site to chat about exciting career opportunities across the NFTA!

Don’t miss these live demonstrations by the NFTA Transit Police K-9 Unit and our brave men and women of AARF:
- 12 PM – Explosive Detection Dog Demonstration
- 1 :30 PM - Fire Extinguisher Demonstration
- 3 PM – Narcotics Detection & Apprehension Dog Demonstration
- 4:30 PM- Fire Extinguisher Demonstration
- 6 PM – Explosive Detection Dog Demonstration
